  My mother's appointments are at 3pm. Her pick up time is 2:30pm and to be ready 15mins before. Well, they show up between 1pm-1:30pm. My mother has diabetes, dementia from strokes and incontinent. She has to have lunch right before she leaves and showing up an hour and a half early is not fair to her. Then we have to rush and she has no idea why and gets agitated.
